What we need from you
A rough idea of what you want to change, the property address and any fixed dates we should work around. If you already have units, tiles or appliances in mind, tell us and we will price around them.
Living in the house during works
Most customers stay at home throughout. We protect floors and doorways, keep walkways clear, remove waste and sweep down at the end of each day. Where there is only one bathroom, we prioritise restoring a working WC and washing facilities as early as possible.
Changes mid-project
Plans change. If you want to alter something once the room is open, we will tell you honestly what it affects in terms of cost and programme before anything is committed.
