How much does a new kitchen or bathroom cost?
It depends on the size of the room, the amount of structural and plumbing work and the materials you choose. We give you a written estimate after seeing the space, so the figure reflects your actual project.
How long will the work take?
A straightforward bathroom is usually 2–3 weeks and a full kitchen 4–5 weeks. Structural changes or bespoke joinery add time, and we tell you the expected programme before we start.
Do you handle plumbing, electrics and tiling too?
Yes. We coordinate strip out, plastering, plumbing, electrics, tiling, flooring, joinery, decorating and the final clean, so you only have one point of contact.
Can I supply my own units, tiles or appliances?
Absolutely. Many customers buy their own suite or appliances. We can also source materials for you and advise on what stands up to daily use.
Will I be without a kitchen or bathroom for long?
We plan the sequence to keep disruption short and, where the house has only one bathroom, we prioritise getting a working WC and washing facilities back quickly.
Do you take a deposit?
We agree a simple payment schedule in writing before starting, usually tied to stages of the work rather than one large upfront payment.
Do you tidy up as you go?
Yes. Dust protection goes down, waste is removed and the site is swept at the end of each working day.
Can you help with design ideas?
Yes. We talk through layouts, storage, lighting and materials and suggest options that suit the room and your budget.
Is your work guaranteed?
Our workmanship is guaranteed and manufacturer warranties on units, appliances and brassware are passed to you.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes — cloakrooms, shower replacements, worktop changes, tiling and small joinery are all welcome alongside full renovations.
